Governing Law; Jurisdiction
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Site’s Terms of Use and your use of this Site shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Moreover, any legal action or proceeding related to this Site shall be brought exclusively in a Federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Florida.
Indemnification
