Research Study 12261 – Males and Females with Type II Diabetes 18-65 Year of Age

We are now enrolling males and females with Type II Diabetes in a research study with an investigational medication. This study is for research purposes only and is not intended to treat a medical condition.

You may be compensated for time and travel. To qualify, you must meet the following:

• Type II Diabetes  Age 18-65  Non-smoker
•   Available for up to one 8-night stay, one 6-night stay and
• 10- outpatient visits
•   Meet other criteria

Research Study 12303 – Pediatric Research  - Type II Diabetes – Subjects 10-17 Years

We are now enrolling pediatric volunteers in a research study with an investigational medication. This study is for research purposes only and is not intended to treat a medical condition.

To qualify, you must meet the following:

• Diagnosed with Type II diabetes
• Age 10-17 years
• Non smoker
• Available for one 2-night stay, 4-outpatient visits and 5 home doses.

Research Study 12144 – Individuals 18 to 65 years of age diagnosed with elevated triglycerides and/or elevated LDL cholesterol

We are now enrolling individuals diagnosed with elevated triglycerides and/or elevated LDL cholesterol in a research study with an investigational medication. This study is for research purposes only and is not intended to treat a medical condition.

You may be compensated up to $2,400.00 for your time and travel. Health insurance is not required. To qualify, you must meet the following:

• 18 to 65 years of age
• Otherwise healthy individual diagnosed with elevated triglycerides and/or elevated LDL cholesterol
• Available for one 4-night stay and 9 outpatient visits
